"Found It, but the Site Could Be Easier to Use"
I did end up finding what I needed, so I want to give credit where it’s due. That said, the pages loaded slowly, and the menu was a little confusing on my phone. I feel like if customers are taking the time to shop or look something up, the site should make that process as smooth and respectful of their time as possible...

"Not as stretchy as I expected"
It feels kind of loose when I put it on, and it barely stretches at all. I was expecting a snugger fit, but it just… didn’t really work for me.

I don’t know, maybe I’m being too picky, but the site just felt messy and old-fashioned to me. There was a lot going on at once, and I had a hard time figuring out where to find things. The pages didn’t really feel clean or easy to use, so I ended up leaving quickly...

"Sizing feels all over the place"
I ordered my usual size from shopcsb.com because the size chart made it seem like everything would fit true to size.
But one item was way too tight and the other was loose, even though they were both the same size. It made no sense, and trying to figure it out felt like being passed around with no clear answer or consistency.
For the price, I expected the fit to be a lot more reliable. I don’t want to have to guess every time I order, so I’m annoyed and probably won’t buy from them again.

"Frustrating when my sizes disappeared"
I was just trying to pick up a couple of things for myself, but most of the sizes I wanted were already gone. One item even looked available until I got all the way to checkout, which was annoying. The site itself is fine, but I really wish the stock info was more accurate so I’m not wasting my time

I reached out for support and never heard back from anyone. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t even clear who actually owned the issue or who I was supposed to follow up with. Felt like my request just disappeared.

"First Order Was Hit or Miss"
I ordered a few things from shopcsb.com, it was kind of hit or miss. The package arrived, but one item was the wrong size and another was a completely different color than what I ordered. The invoice was correct, so it seems like the packing just got messed up. I know mistakes happen, but for a first order, it was definitely frustrating having to deal with returns for items I didn’t even pick. Not sure I’d feel confident ordering again

My order from CSB Essentials showed up in a really flimsy box with barely any padding inside. One side of the package was crushed, and the items looked like they had just been thrown in without much care. i expected better, and I think an apology from the company would be appropriate...

I ordered my usual size from shopcsb.com because I’ve bought similar sets before and usually don’t have an issue with sizing. The set was really cute in person, but the fit just wasn’t right for me. The top felt tight around my ribs, while the bottoms were kind of loose, which was frustrating since I did check the size guide before ordering. The return process was fine, but i probably won’t order again unless the sizing becomes more consistent

"Pretty decent, but a little slow"
I did get help from support, which was nice, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting... The coverage details were also kind of confusing in a few spots, so I had to look things over more than once. Overall, not a bad experience! Just wish the whole process had been a bit smoother.

"Not worth the hassle"
It just wasn’t worth it for me. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t even clear who was supposed to own the issue or help fix things. I felt like I kept getting passed around without anyone really taking responsibility.

"Cute styles, but sizing could be better"
I really do like the styles on ShopCSB, and the quality has been good from what I’ve ordered. But the sizing can be a little frustrating. Some things run smaller than I expected, so it’s kind of hard to tell what’s actually going to fit until it arrives. I wish they had more options in bigger sizes and more helpful size notes from real customers. "Honestly, kind of mixed on my order"
I grabbed a couple things from shopcsb and at first I was like, okay, the fit isn’t bad at all. But then once I actually wore them for a bit, the fabric was disappointing. It felt thinner than I expected and not that soft, almost like it might stretch out or lose its shape after a few washes. One of the pieces also had this rough seam that kept bugging me, which was super annoying. I wanted to like the order, and it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for the price I expected the quality to be better. Probably wouldn’t order again, honestly

"Shipping took way longer than expected?!"
I ordered from shopcsb.com the shipping felt like it took forever?! I kept checking the tracking, but it barely moved for days. The products might be fine, but waiting that long was frustrating. If delivery is always this slow, I don’t think it’s really worth it for me.
